Reliant Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning provides professional carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning, stain removal and commercial cleaning services across the United Kingdom. All services are subject to availability and our ability to attend your property. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
3. Bookings & Appointments
Bookings can be made via our website contact form, by telephone on 0800 994 9090, or by email. A booking is confirmed only when we have provided written or verbal confirmation. We will make every reasonable effort to attend at the agreed time, however we cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, adverse weather or vehicle breakdown. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of any delay or cancellation.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at any time. Where we cancel an appointment, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of any deposit paid.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition, size and type of items to be cleaned. We will inform you of any price adjustment before commencing work. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer and major debit/credit cards.
6. Access to Property
You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have safe and unobstructed access to the areas to be cleaned. You must inform us in advance of any hazards, fragile items, or special requirements. We are not liable for any damage caused as a result of access restrictions or information not disclosed prior to the appointment.
7. Liability
We carry full public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to a maximum of the value of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage resulting from items not disclosed to us prior to cleaning. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss.
8. Cleaning Results
While we use professional-grade equipment and industry-leading techniques, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, marks or odours. Results depend on the age, type and severity of soiling, the fabric type and previous treatments applied. We will advise you honestly before commencing work if we believe a satisfactory result is unlikely.
